SUMMARY:Numbers Don’t Lie: A Critical and Data Driven Approach to Improve Student and Faculty Wellness
DESCRIPTION:As schools emerge from COVID19 and seek to understand what the new normal will look like, Challenge Success and Reach are working together to help Boarding Schools around the globe understand the pending roadmap for a pedagogical renaissance. Through concentrated data collection and penetrating research, Challenge Success is helping prepare schools to define what success looks like and how to measure and understand student and faculty wellness, engagement with learning and other aspects of school life. This session will discuss the process and the landscape for their work and how schools are embracing “the numbers” in order to move toward real school change.\n\nAbout Challenge Success\nChallenge Success is a non-profit affiliated with Stanford University, who partners with schools, families, and communities to embrace a broad definition of success and to implement research-based strategies that promote student well-being and engagement with learning.\nAbout Reach\nReach is a comprehensive student management system that is designed especially for boarding schools.
